In this way, first, the group of shop engineers convert the 3D maps of phase two facilities (Revit, 3Dmax, Rhino) into 2D in the CAD environment. Then, the general parts and connections are coded and each part gets its own code.
After that, the parts are transferred to the CNC machine for cutting by the programs (camduct, solid edge 2D nesting) (before this step, the sheet is placed in a roll in the roll holder and the shadowline shape is obtained by the roll form machine. C is placed in 1.25 x 6 sheets)
After CNC cutting, the special code of each piece is inserted on the Duct and it is placed in the Duct production line for manufacturing. In this step, two types of Ducts are made.
TDF Duct (self flange)
TDC Duct (galvanized flange)
After the Ducts are ready, they are sent to the relevant project, and the installation group(*) can easily install the installation stage in the fastest time without errors and problems, according to the maps and codes on the Duct.
(*) The installer can be the employer’s own Duct maker.
